Delivery Areas

RentG.in currently offers shipping and delivery services to all over India

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 12 AM IST Midnight will be delivered within next 4-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12 AM IST Midnight will be delivered within next 2-3 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Partners

We partner with reputable delivery services to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time. Our delivery partners include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, FedEx, DTDC, EKart Logistics and First Flight Couriers.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your items for shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery schedule is Monday to Friday. Deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM IST and 10 PM IST. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact us at least 6 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, you will be required to provide the OTP (Will be sent on your registered mobile number) for your order to confirm receipt. Please inspect your items carefully before accepting the delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and number of hours used.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
